STRIKER TRAINING
A 5 week program for soccer players looking to advance their striking and finishing ability on a full synthetic indoor turf. Sessions focus on every aspect of finishing and activities create hundreds of opportunities to fine tune the various techniques and ways to score!
9U-12U (Birth year 2015-2012)
Fundamentals and technique will be a primary focus, combined with creating goal awareness and developing consistency and accuracy with both feet.
13U-19U (Birth year 2011-2005)
Core fundamentals of goal scoring and technique combined with tactical awareness of which types of finish to use in varying situations. Technical development in these areas will be executed with repetition of live activities providing key tactical decisions when honing the goal scorers skills.
Sessions are 60 minutes.
Time: 6-7pm Monday Nights
