College Prep Training Camp
The PLD Sports College Prep Camp is not only an amazing opportunity for incoming College Freshman but any returning players preparing for the upcoming College season.
Each day players will participate in a 60 minute training session followed by a 40 minute game. The camp will follow a periodization program that manages the physical load in order to maximize an increase in fitness over the 4 days
Individual player registration; Players are assigned to training groups and teams by our staff
